Chuck Mollor
Chuck Mollor is the founder, CEO and an executive coach of MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization.
For over 30 years Chuck has advised, coached and consulted executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to the Fortune 500, and not-for-profits.
As an executive coach and strategic advisor, Chuck determines if leadership and culture are aligned to their business strategy and then develops and implements solutions to drive and attain results. He develops leaders, current and potential C-level executives, aligns and optimizes leadership teams, and helps create a leadership culture reflective of the purpose and vision of the organization.
As a Harvard Business School executive coach, Chuck provides coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. He is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only council for leading coaches.
As a former global CEO and member of several executive teams, he has had general management and P&L responsibilities, and ran, built, started and restructured several businesses. Chuck has led strategy, sales, marketing, product development, operations, HR, and a global partnership of more than 100 consulting firms.
Chuck is a graduate of executive programs from The Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has a BA in political science and a minor in business administration from Merrimack College. He is certified in the Predictive Index® (PI®).
Chuck serves on several board of directors, is a Cranberry Grower-Owner of Ocean Spray, is President of LeBaron Hills CC and is a fundraiser and rider for the Pan Mass Challenge (PMC), a 192 mile bike-ride for the fight against cancer. Chuck lives near Boston with his wife, four children, and two dogs.
Cheryl Jacobs
Cheryl Jacobs is Senior Vice President, Executive Coach, Leadership Developer & Facilitator at MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization. With over 20 years’ experience leading teams and organizations to sustainable success, Cheryl develops and delivers a broad spectrum of customized training and development programs. Her program participants span various organization levels, industries, and cultures, and speak to Cheryl’s ability to create personalized learning experiences and transformative and sustainable changes.
A skilled interactive and collaborative facilitator, Cheryl has extensive expertise in solving the leadership challenges of individuals and organizations. She specializes in employee and leadership effectiveness, succession planning, organizational innovation, change and alignment. Cheryl is a Harvard Business School executive coach providing coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. Previously, Cheryl leveraged her passion for developing people and founded Talent Transformation, a coaching, training and talent management consulting firm.
Cheryl also served as the Executive Director of Sales for The Providence Journal Company, a multimedia organization owned by Belo Corporation. At The Providence Journal Company, she oversaw a sales and marketing staff of 60 and drove strategies, revenue, and multimedia product development with a $50m budget. Prior to the Providence Journal, Cheryl spent 10 years in Sales and Strategic Planning at Boston.com and The Boston Globe.
Cheryl holds a BA from Boston College and a MBA from Suffolk University. In addition, Cheryl is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) and DiSC®. She is also certified in several 360 assessments. She is also a faculty member of the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), a SHRM chapter.
Cheryl lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband and three boys.
Heather Woods
Heather Wood is Vice President, leadership developer & facilitator, and executive coach with MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization. With more than 20 years of experience in engaging all levels of leadership across multiple business sectors, Heather draws from her experience and insight training hundreds of managers globally. Heather coach’s executives in leadership strategy, communication style, team building, performance management, conflict resolution and career development. Heather is also an accomplished designer and facilitator of customized interactive management workshops.
A Harvard Business School executive coach, Heather provides coaching and advisory services to attending global executives. In addition to MCG Partners’ management training programs, her other training content includes Situational Leadership, InsideOut Coaching, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode (TKI) and Lominger Leadership Architect. Heather’s industry areas of expertise include financial services, software development, bio-pharmaceutical and health and human services.
Previously, Heather was an AVP at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she developed long-term leadership development programs as well as employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to diagnose competency gaps and improve individual, team and organizational performance. Prior to that, she served as a HR consultant for Idenix Pharmaceuticals and in several capacities at Fidelity Investments in corporate learning and development. Heather earned her Bachelor of Science from Simmons College in Boston and her Certificate in Professional Coaching (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®) as well as in several additional assessments and tools.
When not at work, Heather volunteers as a mentor for Babson College MBA students as well as for the Social Innovation Forum. Additionally, Heather is an active member of the Boston Facilitators Roundtable. She lives with her family outside of Boston, MA.
